Catalogue has been created to help you in your search for a new home.
As part of your application for community housing, you must complete a Building Selection Form. This Online Catalogue will
help you choose the buildings you would like to apply to live in. Here, you can search for buildings by their location, name and
provider type, and you will also be able to see which amenities are in the area where the buildings are located.
In this Catalogue you will find:
- Address and pictures of buildings
- Building type and unit information, including number of bedrooms
- Site features and neighbourhood information
- Information on parking and laundry facilities
- Accessibility information (for example, if a unit is wheelchair accessible)
Please note that as of April 1, 2010, a new Smoke-Free Policy was implemented for new tenantsmoving into Waterloo Regional Housing.
Since then, a number of other housing providers have also chosen to adopt a Smoke-Free Policy. Throughout this catalogue, buildings that
have a Smoke-Free Policy in place willhave this symbol:
